History And Evolution
TCDI® was founded in 1988 in Northern Virginia in response to demanding knowledge management challenges found in government agencies and large corporate legal departments. In 1998, TCDI opened a second office in North Carolina to serve the growing demand for on-line knowledge-management solutions. Since then, we’ve been a technology partner in some of the largest product liability litigation in U.S. history.
