Colleen McClair - Project Manager
Colleen serves as the Federal Systems Division Project Manager for TCDI ®'s U.S. Department of State contract supporting the Bureau of Verification and Compliance (VC/VO). In this position, she is responsible for ensuring timely and effective completion of all software engineering and development deliverables. Colleen has over 20 years of experience managing information systems in various capacities. Her proven ability to manage large-scale development engagements (including database and enterprise software solutions) and her in-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies make her an invaluable asset to Federal Systems Division clients. She holds a M.S. in Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
