COMMITS NexGen
COMMITS NexGen, like its predecessor, COMMITS, is an ID/IQ GWAC. COMMITS NexGen has an $8 billion ceiling to support task orders ranging from five to ten years. The NexGen contract also features a three-tiered system to allocate projects to the most appropriate vendor.
From a pool of approximately 400 vendors, only 55 small businesses were awarded a COMMITS NexGen contract, TCDI® is proud to be among the other Tier I vendors. TCDI was one of 17 original COMMITS vendors to receive a NexGen award. TCDI has the distinction of being the sole Tier I vendor to have qualified under all three COMMITS functional areas.
TCDI's COMMITS NexGen Contract Number is CM130105CT0056. Visit TCDI's COMMITS NexGen page to learn more. TCDI and COMMITS NexGen TCDI is proud to announce its Commerce Information Technology Services (COMMITS) NexGen contract award. COMMITS NexGen is the 10-year ID/IQ GWAC successor to COMMITS, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce. A Tiered Approach Unlike many other current GWACs, COMMITS NexGen takes a tiered approach to appropriating task orders. COMMITS NexGen has organized 55 vendors into 3 tiers, according to size standards. This tiered approach levels the playing field for small businesses, ensuring that task orders are distributed among small businesses of all sizes. Vendors in Tier 3 are able to bid contracts over $40 million, vendors in Tier 2 are able to bid on task orders over $5 million and vendors in Tier 1 are able to bid on all task orders. TCDI's Success Under the Original COMMITS Contract TCDI was one of seventeen original COMMITS vendors to receive a COMMITS NexGen award; we are the only Tier 1 vendor to have qualified in all 3 original COMMITS functional areas. TCDI was awarded $24 million in task orders under COMMITS. Ordering from COMMITS NexGen TCDI's COMMITS NexGen Contract Number is CM130105CT0056.
