Litigation Case Management
Our Approach There are a number of software products designed to manage information associated with litigation, but very few exist to effectively manage the volumes and complexity associated with multi-year mass tort cases. Our proprietary product, ClarVergence®, for Case Management, and the expertise of our Project Management Teams have been honed since the early 1990's in some of the largest and most public litigation in U.S. history. ClarVergence for Case Management provides highly secure web access to a central repository that is customized to address the data and file collection requirements that are uniquely defined by the litigation at hand. Technical Knowledge and Expertise We will bring together the technical knowledge and expertise needed to provide centralized data and file intake and editing, and weave it into your current litigation support processes. We will host the central repository in our Tier 3 Data Center thus relieving you of the responsibilities for maintenance and management of the systems, servers, and networks. And we will deliver a highly tested interface for efficient search, navigation, reporting and collaboration, putting all appropriate information on all cases at the fingertips of your litigation team no matter where they are. Project Team Expertise We will create a cohesive partnership between your case management team and TCDI's internal project team. While TCDI is known for its technical strengths and abilities, as well as the depth of our software solutions, our project management and support personnel remain keys to our success. Our project professionals emphasize real world experience in the management of mass tort litigation and include individuals with years of experience from the law firm perspective prior to joining TCDI. System Evolution A by-product of our experience is the knowledge that litigation of this sort is dynamic, and that the system is never completely "finished." New requirements that result from a change in the litigation environment, or new theories presented by plaintiffs, result in new requirements placed on the system that could never be anticipated at the beginning of the process. The work of the case management teams is time critical, and changes in the system, including changes to data tables, workflow, and data reporting, must be completed quickly without disrupting the daily workflow of the teams.
