Our Approach

Over recent years the proliferation of electronically generated records has dramatically increased the complexity and volumes involved in the processes of legal discovery. Increased as well, has been the role of technology in effectively managing this new world environment. TCDI's approach to electronic discovery has been to focus our expertise in the technologies and services associated with e-file processing through to document and file review & production. Additionally, we drive client satisfaction to high levels through the delivery of superior products, processes and service.

In TCDI's E-Discovery Lab, we use a combination of third party and proprietary software to process and load electronic files and imaged and coded paper documents to the TCDI's production database repository. From there our proprietary product, ClarVergence®, is used to provide feature-rich, structured or un-structured online review & production for medium to large-scale productions projects.

Automation

TCDI has invested considerable development into automating e-discovery through to document production steps. Moving data from one stage to another is accomplished through automated steps which speed the process while improving accuracy, consistency and security.

User Control

The discovery process can be fraught with urgent requests and seemingly unrelenting deadlines. The net result can lead to frustration if requests to a service provider for action can't be met on the clients' timeline. TCDI understands the time critical nature of discovery and has worked to enhance user control of all review and production processes within the ClarVergence interface. Whether it is initiating TIFF conversion of electronic documents, kicking off a batch of redacted documents needing OCR, guiding the steps of an official production TCDI places full control within the user's reach.

Project Team

While high levels of automation and full user control are signature to TCDI's approach, so too is the availability of your TCDI Project Team. This experienced and dedicated team, lead by your TCDI Project Manager, is ready to step in and aid or support as needed during any step or stage of the project.

TCDI's full-service production facility is ready to help as necessary with large paper print productions or productions to CDs, DVDs, and hard drives. They can also provide your production in custom export formats to meet your requirements.
