TCDI® started developing custom solutions for litigation case management in the early 90s. It wasn’t long before our electronic discovery and litigation case management tools were being put to use on some of the largest litigation in U.S. history. Traditional compliance and litigation practices have focused on using technology in ways totally separated from the business practices of a company. We are now focusing our architectural and design talents on how to integrate litigation management technologies into the corporate information infrastructure. Enterprise Litigation Architecture looks at corporate initiatives such as records management, email archiving, compliance management, and overall Enterprise Content Management and seeks to find points of integration and exchange with litigation management systems.
