Often our clients are involved in large-scale litigation that requires support far beyond the common definition of the term. They find that we deploy a team of experts that truly raises the bar on the meaning of support. One of the keys to our support is the fully dedicated TCDI Project Manager who will be assigned to oversee your project’s successful implementation and flow. Your Project Manager is the primary point of contact you can count on, available whenever the need arises. They are specially trained to assess and understand the demands you face, and will coordinate the various TCDI® resources needed throughout your project’s lifecycle.

TCDI strives to offer an uncommon level of Help Desk support as well. It is available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our toll free Help Desk line. Additionally, throughout each business day, on duty personnel are continuously monitoring incoming e-mail inquiries and are quick to provide helpful responses. What really makes our Help Desk different, however, is the thorough understanding our Technical Support Analysts have on the databases, applications, and interfaces involved in your specific project. In addition, they are skilled at probing beyond your initial question to help get you not only to a fruitful solution but to give you a broader understanding of how our product can deliver a more effective workflow.

Your TCDI Support Team also has a number of other important duties. For example, they set up and maintain secure user access to your site; our goal is to have all new users set up on the same day we receive the request. The Support Team is also responsible for performing site checks on each active site continually each day. They maintain a close relationship with our System Engineers and Developers to ensure all features of your site are active and functional with no interruptions.
