Technology Partners
Doculex DocuLex
DocuLex has a long-standing tradition for providing innovative tools to support the legal industry and processes. TCDI uses Discovery Cracker as one of its key options in the processing and filtering of electronic files prior to loading to a ClarVergence litigation database.
Engenium
Engenium is a pioneer in conceptual search technology that increases the effectiveness of electronic information retrieval. Unlike keyword searching that is limited to precisely matching the language of a given query; Engenium's technology analyzes documents by meaning, concept and context. TCDI is pleased to partner with Engenium and offer optional concept search and clustering capabilities directly integrated into ClarVergence. The results are culling and organizing capabilities that enhance and streamline the review of large data sets of records.
OpenText Corporation
Open Text Corporation, the largest independent provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software, and TCDI have teamed to offer a comprehensive e-discovery solution integrated into Open Text’s Livelink ECMTM environment.

Livelink ECM provides the foundation for identifying, classifying, and capturing relevant business records within an organization, and making them available when it counts. TCDI's ClarVergence is a definitively robust and scaleable discovery tool designed for large-scale litigation. Seamless integration between ClarVergence and Livelink ECM furnishes in-house counsel with the power of outsourced discovery without the costs and loss of control often associated with outsourced solutions.
Partner/Supported Organizations
The Sedona Conference
The Sedona Conference exists to allow leading jurists, lawyers, experts, academics and others, at the cutting edge of issues in the area of antitrust law, complex litigation, and intellectual property rights, to come together in dialogue to move the law forward in a reasoned and just way. Since its founding in 1997, The Sedona Conference has helped shape principles, guidelines and best practices in emerging and evolving areas of law. TCDI is proud to contribute to and support The Sedona Conference through our membership on the e-discovery RFP+ Vendor Panel.
EDRM EDRM
EDRM - the Electronic Discovery Reference Model - was co-founded by e-discovery experts and consultants George Socha and Tom Gelbmann. Since 2005, over 300 e-discovery experts, vendors and end-users from more than 125 organizations have worked together to develop standards and frameworks for addressing e-discovery challenges.

In its on-going effort to provide standards and guidelines, EDRM is updating and expanding the original model to include projects designed to educate e-discovery consumers and providers, simplify the industry landscape, and improve and streamline e-discovery processes.

TCDI is proud to be a participant with EDRM in the dialogue of these important industry issues.
Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC)
