Leadership Methodology

TCDI utilizes a “flat” operational structure to ensure client requests are addressed quickly and effectively.  Requests do not get mired down by policy and management layers – rather, everyone works collaboratively and proactively to meet client needs.  In addition, the TCDI staff brings substantial real-world litigation, government and technology experience to their respective positions, helping them understand client needs in a comprehensive and real-time manner. Further, TCDI provides its staff with on-going training and excellent work environments. This management approach has resulted in employee retention rates that one would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in the industry (employee turnover is well below 3% annually), giving clients the benefit of consistency and longevity.
