Leadership
Leadership Methodology
TCDI utilizes a “flat” operational structure to ensure client requests are addressed quickly and effectively. Requests do not get mired down by policy and management layers; rather, everyone works collaboratively and proactively to meet client needs. In addition, the TCDI staff brings substantial real-world litigation, government and technology experience to their respective positions, helping them understand client needs in a comprehensive and real-time manner. Further, TCDI provides its staff with on-going training and excellent work environments. This management approach has resulted in employee retention rates that one would be hard pressed to find anywhere else in the industry (employee turnover is well below 3% annually), giving clients the benefit of consistency and longevity.
