Director Spotlight

We have considerable experience building long-term partnerships with our clients.  Part of the reason our professional services have been so successful over the past 23 years is due to the fact that we use a team approach. Our client/project teams are lead by a Senior Project Director and include one or more Project Managers, Project Coordinators, DBAs as well as Processing and Production Staff. Because projects remain with same Project Director (as opposed to being passed from person to person), we are able to develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's needs and offer them a unique level of service and consistency.

TCDI Project Management Differentiators:

  • Our team of Project Directors individually average 7 ½ years of tenure at TCDI and more than 12 years of real-world industry experience.
  • The ratio of employees to supervisors assigned to a given project is no less than 2 to 1 and can range up to as many as 4 to 1.
  • Project Directors have the ability to utilize additional TCDI resources, across departments, whenever necessary to ensure excellence, including the quick resolution of any technical or operational issues that may arise.
  • Project Directors also serve a critical role in fostering client-driven innovation. It is not uncommon for a client to mention a feature that would be “nice to have” in the ClarVergence review platform, and for your review teams to login the next day only to find that the “nice-to-have” feature has been added to the platform.
  • TCDI evaluates employees at least twice a year. We also measure client satisfaction levels by monitoring: the % of our current Clients that continue their current contract with TCDI, the % of our current Clients that allow us to compete for new work within their organizations and the % of our current Clients that award us new business
  • At the project level there are additional metrics that are tracked to ensure Client satisfaction. Often these are specific to the project and are a contractual requirement. The following are often tracked and reported to the Client:
1.     Help desk calls
2.     Production deadlines met
3.     Network/Application down time
4.     Processing deadlines met
5.     Client requests met
  • If any metric ever indicates a problem, the Project Manager takes the lead and works in conjunction with the Client to identify the reason for the problem. Once the reason is identified, a resolution plan is immediately developed and submitted to the Client for approval.  This plan identifies the resources required and timelines for deliverables. Upon approval TCDI commits the resources necessary to meet the requirements of the plan. As the plan progresses, the Project Manager keeps the Client informed.
