Technology Concepts & Design, Inc. announces D-Trade Electronic Licensing Application Training. In this hands-on training course participants will complete and digitally sign a sample D-Trade form using an IdenTrust Digital Certificate. Each attendee will receive a free D-Trade Course binder containing course materials, sample forms, and tools to facilitate the license application process.

Your instructor, Tanya A. Phillips of Technology Concepts & Design, Inc. (TCDI) has worked with the D-Trade system since its inception in 2004. She currently manages the D-Trade Help Desk at the Department of State.
