TCDI Hires Director of Compliance

TCDI's new Director of Compliance brings added knowledge and experience to managing the exacting controls associated with today's eDiscovery and litigation technology.

Greensboro, NC -- TCDI® a market leader in litigation support solutions for eDiscovery and litigation case management announced today that Kittie Pearson has joined the company as Director of Compliance. In this role Ms. Pearson will be responsible for overseeing the management and implementation of controls and procedures for TCDI's internal processes, as well as, processes aimed at Client-facing software and services.

Prior to joining TCDI, Ms. Pearson spent thirteen years with an international food and beverage company where she served as Director of IS Compliance. Her experience includes extensive involvement in areas of Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance.  Ms. Pearson also served as liaison between IS and Legal for eDiscovery in litigation matters.

Ms. Pearson holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems and MBA in International Business from High Point University.
