The modular approach to ClarVergence allows it to be configured to meet the capabilities required of clients and individual users. Accessed through the Internet with SSL protocol, ClarVergence is available 24/7/365 and has customizable security groups and roles that will control what users can see and do on the system.

ClarVergence For Review & Production

For the eDiscovery phases of document review & production ClarVergence has proven to be a powerful full-featured platform designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of review teams.

Integrating computer assisted review technologies such as concept search and clustering, email threading, near-duplicate grouping and comparison and even suggestive coding and categorization. Full and robust redaction capabilities can be applied at any stage of review allowing documents to be fully prepared for final production. When review is complete, ClarVergence offers client-users with production rights, or our production management team, a seamless means of managing document productions directly from the platform interface. These integrated production capabilities translate into speed, visibility, and immediate access to all production history information on every document produced.

ClarVergence For Case Management

When configured for case management, ClarVergence offers an advanced tool for case research, reporting and preparation. Providing centralization to case information, files and documents allows for knowledge sharing and collaboration at a unique level not usually seen in large-scale, complex litigation environments. Significant time is saved, expensive work-product is re-purposed and case strategies are more effectively communicated and implemented.

Provided with each ClarVergence for case management engagement are intake and editing tools that help intake teams load and code the various data files and documents. We work with intake teams to determine desired workflows and then design automated processes to help relieve the burden of sometimes thousands of repetitive human tasks required for good, consistent intake practices.
