eDiscovery Project Manager (U.K.)

TCDI is looking to add an eDiscovery Project Manager to their Client Services team in the United Kingdom. This position will manage client projects and serve as the face of the company to our clients and the internal voice of the client within TCDI. The project manager is responsible for consulting with clients on appropriate solutions and frequent collaboration with stakeholders to manage resources and deadlines efficiently. Through active alignment of the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Business (VOB) they ensure deadlines and requirements are met within budget and scope. This is a hybrid position, but proximity to TCDI’s London, England office (Liverpool Street) for occasional in office work is required.

  • Responsible for the overall management of each assigned client project
  • Maintains alignment of the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Business (VOB) to meet client and company deadlines and requirements
  • Assists with Evidence Management and has familiarity with Chain of Custody principles
  • Performs data processing using a variety of industry standard processing tools, including Relativity and Nuix
  • Provides direct user support in Relativity, using required quality assurance procedures for processing, review, and productions
  • Works with clients and supporting departments to plan, implement, execute and close-out assigned client projects with clearly defined goals
  • Manages projects within scope and budget seeking to contribute to the success and profitability of each assigned project
  • Communicates with clients and stakeholders so that project scope and deadlines are clearly understood and met
  • Promotes and applies principles of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) for continuous process improvement, reducing waste and variability, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrates and utilizes creative and effective problem-solving skills
  • Works with project stakeholders to efficiently manage tasks, resources and deadlines.
  • Collaborates with other project managers and departments to eliminate waste, eliminate the number of non-value-added steps in processes, and analyze and improve process workflows, product features and cycle times
  • Manages projects so that TCDI delivers better quality processes and products with the speed requested by customers
  • Understands the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and what is Critical to Quality (CTQ) for each project
  • Maintains alignment of client projects with the Voice of the Business (VOB) and core organization strategies and goals
  • Trains clients on TCDI products and processes
  • Maintains project plans and documentation throughout the life cycle of a project
  • Collaborates with other project managers and departments to provide clients with quality solutions and deliverables
  • Provides monthly invoice amounts to Finance for client billing
  • Prepares reports for clients, management, and stakeholders regarding the status of each project
  • Builds and maintains new and existing client relationships
  • Assists with questions and problems courteously and promptly
  • Supports and works with other project managers
  • eDiscovery industry experience
  • Relativity experience essential
  • Experience performing data collections in a forensically sound manner is desirable, but not essential
  • Clear understanding of litigation technology products and services
  • Clear understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
    Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Project
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Hybrid position - candidates located a commutable distance from London (Liverpool Street) preferred
  • Work varied hours to meet business needs
