Meet the Team
Employee Spotlight: Joe Anguilano
Title: Managing Director of Cybersecurity
Location: Cleveland, OH
How did you start at the company?
In 2005, I was hired by JURINNOV (acquired by TCDI in 2016) as an intern during my senior year at John Carroll University. Upon graduation, I was brought on full-time as a Business Analyst. One of my first assignments was to manage the office move from Westlake, Ohio to our current location in downtown Cleveland. Since then, I have been involved in almost every facet of the business including strategic planning, client services, marketing and sales, financial management, human resources, and more. One highlight was my involvement leading up to the acquisition of JURINNOV by TCDI in 2016 and subsequently working with the TCDI team on the integration process.
What is your favorite part of the job?
My favorite part of the job is working with an exceptional team on projects of critical importance to our clients. For example, a forensics project could uncover crucial evidence in a high-stakes litigation matter. Or, a penetration test may reveal critical vulnerabilities that, if not remediated quickly, could be exploited and result in a data breach. The projects we perform are vitally important to our clients and we take that responsibility seriously.
What do you like most about working in downtown Cleveland?
I would have to say the food scene. Being right in the heart of Playhouse Square, there are endless options all within walking distance. I also love that Cleveland has all the benefits of a big city without the usual drawbacks like heavy traffic or a high cost of living.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I have two young kids, Natalie and Leo, and a beautiful wife named Carrie. We enjoy taking Sugar, our Newfoundland dog, for walks on trails and through the woods. I also enjoy watching sports and playing chess.
