Lead Generation Specialist – Cybersecurity Division

Sales Operations

  • Manage key lead CRM and marketing processing systems (Salesforce & Pardot) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
  • Identify target audience and grow our prospect database through a variety of activities, including lead research, website conversion, and event lists
  • Manage the integrity of leads, contacts, and accounts
  • Distribute leads and manage start to finish process of lead entry to close of opportunity
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for all service lines
  • Create and maintain metrics reports weekly, monthly, and on an as needed basis on sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales team performance

Inbound Lead Generation

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

External Lead Identification & Generation

  • This position will assist with reaching out to prospective leads to pre-qualify and set meetings for the cybersecurity sales team
  • Grow new leads by researching new contacts and by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email
  • Qualify researched leads of both legal and cybersecurity prospects and assign those leads to sales team based on various services and territory assignment through CRM (Salesforce)

Email Lead Generation and Marketing

  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content
  • Segment lists based on product focus and territory
  • Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks for these segments to convert leads to customers
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email

Work and Skill Requirements

  • 2 Years of lead generation experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Strong presentation skills, especially via telephone
  • Multi-Tasker and independent thinker
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or Pardot, a strong plus
