Emily will play a pivotal role in advancing TCDI’s technology strategy, particularly in integrating Artificial Intelligence into workflows and innovative solutions.
With more than 14 years of experience as both a practicing attorney and technology leader, Emily brings a rare blend of legal expertise and technical insight. Her focus on the intersection of law, technology, data, and privacy is grounded in her foundation as a litigator, which provides a valuable perspective integral to creating comprehensive approaches to client challenges. Emily has built and led global privacy and cybersecurity programs, advised on AI governance, and developed solutions that balance regulatory compliance with business innovation.
Prior to joining TCDI, Emily served in key legal and leadership roles at AmLaw 100 firms and as in-house counsel at global organizations. She is a recognized thought leader in the legal technology space, authoring numerous publications and speaking on the topics of AI, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from Emory University and Emory University School of Law, respectively. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, D.C. and holds AIGP and CIPP/E certifications.
