At TCDI, no corporate endeavor has meant more to us than the establishment of our Military Spouse Managed Review (MSMR) Program. Today, on Military Spouse Appreciation Day, we are excited to celebrate its success and show appreciation to our amazing team.
Launched in 2018 with our very first military spouse hire, MSMR has provided opportunities for flexible and rewarding legal work to hundreds of military spouses and affiliates across the United States. In 2020, we took our commitment a step further by becoming a Department of Defense partner in its Military Spouse Employment Partnership. Then, in 2024 we became an official signatory of Hiring our Heroes and Blue Star Families’ “The 4+1 Commitment,” further solidifying our dedication to improving military spouse employment outcomes.
As our commitment has grown, so has our appreciation. Working alongside these professionals every day, we see firsthand the hard work, dedication, and resilience they bring to our team and our clients. Their strength is the foundation of MSMR’s success.
Each fall, we recognize clients who share this appreciation. During our annual MSMR Induction Ceremony, we honor those who continually champion this program and buoy our mission to provide consistent, meaningful work in support of our nation’s military families. We asked some of those clients to weigh in on their experiences, and here’s what they had to say:
“The TCDI MSMR program is one of the many reasons we decided to bring TCDI on board as a member of our managed document review panel. It is a wonderful program allowing military spouses across the country to continue to be able to work and utilize their law degrees without having to worry about having to change jobs when it is time to move to a new base/location.
The military spouse review managers and teams have done a stellar job for many of our reviews. Their experience in utilizing the analytical tools to enhance and expedite review are unmatched along with their attention to detail with the daily read outs and supporting documentation. We are honored to have the MSMR teams supporting us and look forward to working with them for many years to come. Happy Military Spouse Appreciation!”
“TCDI’s review teams and managers are stellar, and their quality is hard to beat! We work to give them every project we can and also knowing we are assisting the Military Spouse community warms our heart.”

“I am personally working with the MSMR program right now on a large project. And immediately, the expertise your team brought, not just doing the work of the document review, but how to organize the document review techniques to do it more effectively and get the work done at a lower cost and higher quality is phenomenal.”
“TCDI has made our company feel like we’re a part of their family, rather than just standing on the outside looking in. They really invest in their clients for the long haul. They want to understand the business—the processes and the risks—and figure out how to integrate that understanding into the work that we’re doing every day.”
“Our experience with TCDI has been nothing but positive, and we will continue to find ways to work together in support of our country’s military families.”

“The TCDI team had ability to accommodate our extremely time-sensitive interest. Our national trial council firm had glowing reviews of the MSMR team’s ability to review over 80,000 docs/200,000 pages by the deadline. I’m very appreciative of the work that the team has done and happy to call TCDI a business partner. To have the opportunity to engage a group of diverse professionals and to have the high level of engagement has been extremely important and rewarding for us.”
“TCDI’s Military Spouse Managed Review program is stellar. Jenn Andres and her team provide exceptional service with confidence, quality, and deep understanding on their business, process, and clients.”

Thank You to All of the Military Spouses at TCDI and Beyond!
