Golnaz is Senior Director of Legal Services for the UK and Europe at TCDI. She is responsible for leading regional growth, advising clients on complex legal and data challenges, and expanding TCDI’s electronic discovery, digital forensics, and data advisory services across the UK and European markets.

With more than 23 years of experience in legal technology and professional services, Golnaz has built a career as a trusted advisor to law firms, corporates, and public-sector organisations navigating litigation, investigations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy matters. Her work is grounded in a consulting-led approach, helping clients make sound, defensible decisions by aligning legal strategy, technology, and operational realities.

Alongside her advisory and commercial leadership, Golnaz is a qualified executive coach who works with senior leaders and partners on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and organisational change. This coaching perspective strengthens her consulting approach, allowing her to engage with clients at both a strategic and human level, particularly in complex or high-pressure environments.

Before joining TCDI, Golnaz held senior leadership roles at global legal-technology and professional-services firms, where she advised on high-stakes, cross-border matters across the UK and EMEA.
