Tony Ventimiglia, Esq. is General Counsel at TCDI, where he leads legal, compliance, and risk strategy. He partners closely with executive leadership on corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory matters, and initiatives that support scalable growth.

Prior to joining TCDI, Tony served as General Counsel for Acro Service Corp, a global staffing and managed services provider. In that role, he led enterprise legal and compliance functions across a complex, multi-state and international operation, advising on commercial agreements, workforce risk, and strategic growth initiatives.

Tony brings a distinctive blend of legal, operational, and business leadership experience. Earlier in his career, he built and led staffing and consulting businesses within organizations such as Clark Hill PLC and Beacon Hill Staffing Group, launching new markets, developing multimillion-dollar service lines, and advising clients on workforce strategy and risk. This background shapes his practical, business-first approach to legal leadership.

Before entering the legal profession, Tony served as an infantry leader in the United States Marine Corps, where he led Marines in high-stakes environments and developed a leadership style grounded in accountability, discipline, and team development.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and a B.B.A. in Accounting, with high distinction, from University of Michigan-Flint.
