Jennifer Andres

VP, Military Spouse Managed Review (MSMR) Program

Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University and went to law school at Nova Southeastern University.  While at law school, she was a member of law review and graduated with recognition for a high amount of volunteer hours. During law school, she interned at Legal Aid and a clinic at Holland & Knight.

After law school, Jennifer worked at a firm in Florida for a brief period before starting her first document review project for Update Legal.  Then, she continued document review with Integreon where she learned the ins and outs of the industry before joining TCDI’s Managed Document Review team.

In 2014, Jennifer married her husband who was, and still is, serving in the US Army.  At the time he was stationed in Honduras, while she was living in Florida finishing law school. After graduating and not knowing where they would end up, she took the Florida bar and passed.

The following year, they moved to Texas to be at Ford Cavazos (formerly Fort Hood). With not knowing what the job prospects would be, she took the Texas bar and passed. After lots of job searching with little luck, Jennifer found document review again. It was onsite and an hour commute one way.

It was this experience that taught her the struggle military spouse attorneys face with every PCS. This struggle was compounded a few years later when they found out about another move to Virginia, which would require her to repeat the whole process. Jennifer began to think about a job that would work for her career and family, and document review turned out to be the best fit.
