Tony brings a distinctive blend of legal and operational leadership experience to TCDI. Prior to joining the company, he served as General Counsel for Acro Service Corp, a global staffing and managed services provider, where he led enterprise legal and compliance functions across complex, multi-state and international operations.

Tony brings a distinctive blend of legal and operational leadership experience to TCDI. Prior to joining the company, he served as General Counsel for Acro Service Corp, a global staffing and managed services provider, where he led enterprise legal and compliance functions across complex, multi-state and international operations.
Earlier in his career, Tony built and led staffing and consulting businesses within organizations such as Clark Hill PLC and Beacon Hill Staffing Group, launching new markets and developing multimillion-dollar service lines. His background brings a practical, business-first approach to legal leadership that aligns closely with TCDI’s focus on solving complex challenges for their clients.

Before entering the legal profession, Tony served as an infantry leader in the United States Marine Corps. He later earned his J.D., Magna Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and his B.B.A. in Accounting, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan-Flint.
