Remote Document Review Project Manager

TCDI is seeking Remote Document Review Project Managers who are attorneys admitted (in good standing) in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.  Candidate must have three or more years of substantive experience in all aspects of eDiscovery and managed document review. 

This role will work closely with the internal teams and clients to build intelligent workflows in Relativity and other review platforms. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, administrative, technical and client/team management skills. 

  • Lead and manage reviews independently
  • Manage all aspects of document review projects (1st level review, QC, 2nd level review, Privilege review and creation of privilege log, pace, budget)
  • Train and guide review teams and team leads
  • Communicate with client and/or outside counsel to scope substantive parameters of projects and estimate resource requirements and timelines
  • Support the drafting of coding manuals
  • Define scope of work to include a list of deliverables and deadlines
  • Oversee progress of work to ensure delivery of all work product within established timeframes and quality standards
  • Maintain communication with client and project team regarding changes to proposed workflow
  • Establish and document review processes and best practices to promote uniformity of processes and consistency of quality and work product
  • Track reviewer activity
  • Creation of daily and weekly reporting
  • Query log creation and management
  • Builds and maintains new and existing client relationships
  • Supports and works with other project managers
