Jason is an eDiscovery professional with experience handling all aspects of case development and management in complex antitrust, product liability, patent, and business litigation matters with substantive knowledge of issues related to electronic discovery as well as document retention, collection, review, production, and post production support. Jason provides a client-focused approach to managing matters that includes collaboration, increasing efficiencies, and reducing cost, while providing predictability for our client base.

Discovery Counsel and Project Management Administrator

    • Supervise workloads, manage case assignments, and provide oversight to the Discovery Counsel and Project Management team for an Amlaw top 100 Firm
    • Responsible for onboarding and training new members of the project management team as well as the professional development of current team members
    • Manage project lifecycle for clients, case counsel, and document review teams and regularly coordinate and manage large-scale, cost-effective document reviews for large litigation matters, internal and government investigations
    • Responsible for planning and managing all support for cases, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, and coordinating technical/data processing support
